Warmth and soul for Melbourne landscape design

By Kim McFayden 3 years ago

This amazing outdoor space created by Cos Design was born from the owners desire to make the exterior the hero of the whole project. Owners Emma and Andre are thrilled with the result, saying they felt “an instant connection with Steve Taylor from COS, and in his ability to articulate our ideas, feelings and general vibe into a coherent design.”. With children approaching the teenage years, they wanted a space that encouraged the children to spend time at home with their friends, “…it’s awesome to see the kids and their friends winding down after sport on the weekends, talking in the spa, having a pizza… brilliant! The studio space connects with the exterior, so we knew that if we decided to really kick up our heels, we could have the studio fully open to the deck and have little impromptu gigs! All good fun!”

Owner Emma designed the interiors, which seamlessly blend with the warm and inviting outdoor entertaining spaces comprising a large deck, pool and fire pit for entertaining, dining and relaxation.
